It is another creative way to use left over chicken meat. Put hoi sin sauce, chicken meat and spinach over gordita bread to
create this chinese style mini pizza, very delicious and easy to make.

Honey Orange Chicken 香橙蜜糖鷄. A pan-fried chicken seasoned with
asian spices and coated with dash of orange zing.

Deep-fried Chicken with Spicy Salt and Prawn Crackers 椒鹽雞塊
. Really like to hear the cracking sound of the prawn crackers while kids bite hard on it. It just sounds like lighting
up whole bunch of fire work. Fun for kids too. Sprinkling some five spicy salt on top of the fried chicken gives
the dish more flavors.
