Steamed Egg with Minced Pork 紅梅盛放喜迎春. Decorated this dish with muchroom and goji over the steamed egg and stir-fried minced pork in order to creata a blosoom picture of  Chinese New Year. The flowers like goji also represents spring is coming, everything prosperously grow.

Salad Ribs 沙律骨. Deep fried pork ribs and coated with special salad sauce. So Yum!

Yik Yuk Ribs 日肉骨. It is a very common cantonese pork dishes. Not very strong but the sweet and sour and chinese vinegar cooperate very well and brings out a lot of favors.

Pickled Pig Feet with Vinegar 酸辣豬手. It serves cool and can be kept in fridge for a week. Pickle pig feet in seasoned vinegar and chilli dooes help to increase appetite in summer time.

Braised Pork Ribs with Tomato Sauce and Assorted Vegetables in Clay Pot 蕃茄什菜排骨煲. Clay Pot is good at keeping the hot temperature of the food, which is great to serve in cold winter. The pork ribs remain tender and juicy and the rich tomato sauce is good to serve rice.

Steamed pork with mui-choy is a very famous Cantonese home cooking dish. Stuffed it in a fresh portobello mushroom and steamed together brings out the flavors of both.

Sour and Spicy Ribs 香辣黑醋骨are cooked with Spicy vinegar, black rice vinegar, ketchup and chili bean sauce. It is a kind of strong taste dish.
