I , Mei Yin May Lewis, was born in Hong Kong, a food paradise where combines China and International cusines. I
have been interested in the Art of Cooking since my early childhood. I became a Certificate Mistress from the Northcote College
of Education in 1992. In 1995, I obtained the Bachelor Degree in Education with Honors in the University of Liverpool. In
1998, I obtained the Master Degree of Arts in Education. In addition, I also learnt dim sum and bakery cooking from the
Hong Kong and Kowloon Restaurant Union. For over 10 years, I have been the English as Second Language (ESL) Teacher
in serveral schools and I was also a cookery class teacher after school in Hong Kong. In Hawaii and in Japan, I have
taught Chinese cooking classes at home since 2000.
